Born in the town of Bury St Edmunds, Adrian began his career as a chef before starting to lose his sight. He then attended the RNCB in Hereford to become a holistic therapist. He was then employed in health farms nationwide for nearly thirty years. He was also a carer and support worker for the National Autistic Society and a somewhat entertainer and teacher. He now resides in Great Malvern living quietly amongst the hills.
