Skin, Bones & Random Leaps of Faith & Foolishness is a celebration of our fragile existence and of our human fallibility in the face of this. Steeped in Spike-Milligan-esquence and dotted with silly-illystrations, it arrived. A pleasant surprise to me, having struggled with humour all my life, I’m still not quite sure what hit me, but whatever it was, I thought I’d share it. Suddenly, as if by magic, her spirit became lighter . . . and off she flew!
