In these days of frantic change
there is so much to investigate,
so much to challenge.
 
There remains so much to celebrate,
so much to affirm.
 
Many forces and pressures
make it harder to be fully
present in the present, in our
here and now, even though this
is the arena where we must
shape our lives.
 
This collection tries to hold
all of this in mind.
 
Most of the illustrations are my photos of my own stained glass.
The drawings alongside 'Voyage of Discovery' and 'Gentle Girl' are by my much-missed wife, Carol.
