Arthur and Percy are two seagulls that live by the sea adjoining a small fishing village. They are attracted to a small holiday cottage overlooking the harbour where a little girl and her parents stay every year for their summer holiday. The little girl makes friends with the two seagulls, and they repay her kindness by helping when she is distressed when her pet dog goes missing.
